FAQs are divided into three categories about Lions University:  Technical Issues, General Program Information, and Graduation Information


Technical Issues:

  • I am locked out from signing in or using the password recovery form:  This occurs when you exceed the maximum number of tries to login or recover your  password (set at 10 attempts).  The duration of the lockout is 1 hour.  After this time, you should be able to follow the password recovery process.
